MSC Magnifica

Bell

Our amazing Bell went on MSC Magnifica and will tell you her thoughts on whether you should go on this cruise.

Day 1: You were on the MSC Magnifica in the sea.

Day 2: Key West

Day 3: Ocean Cay-MSC Marine Reserve.

Cons:

1. The ship is very outdated in decor & throughout the entire ship.

2. Customer service is subpar. They’re not proactive in providing their customers w/a great cruise experience.

3. Food options below expectations, lacking variety, unsatisfied, unsatisfactory & savorless.

4. Drink options were limited, especially if you enjoy top-shelf liquor.

5. Their Marine Reserve island was a dull, monotonous waste of time; there was nothing to do on the island.

Pros:

1. The Aurea suite w/balcony was nice & spacious.

2. There were two shows in which both had terrific performances.

Conclusion: I would not recommend going on an MSC cruise. This was my second and last cruise with them, unless it was free, including the port taxes, fees, gratuities, and a maximum of three days.
