Calling all the bougie people and the people who want to be, I have a restaurant you should try.
I went to Cooper’s Hawk for the first time with coworkers and had a great time. We bought a few wines and tried some, discovering what we liked and didn’t like. We also got food.
Calling all my sweet wine lovers, these drinks are for you. If you are into sweet drinks, here are some drinks you should try. We had some samples of some wines before we got a whole bottle.
The Sweet wines:
The Whites:
1. Moscato- I like Moscato, and I thought it always tasted good. If you like Moscatos, I would give this drink a try.
2. Passion fruit wine-You taste the passion fruit, which is so light.
The Reds
1. blueberry wine- You taste the blueberry when you taste this wine. I would say you taste natural blueberry. If you don’t like blueberry, I would pass on this one.
2. Sweet Red- I love this wine, and I got a whole bottle and took the rest home. If you don’t like super sweet drinks, pass on this one, but if you like super sweet drinks or wines, try this wine. You won’t regret it, trust me.
Dry wines
Dry wines get added to this, which is so cool. This is used to air out the wine.
Malbec—This red was more on the dryer side and was good. If you are not into sweet wines at all, try this wine.
Super Tuscan- This is an excellent dry red. I would drink this wine again.
The food:
Appetizers:
Crispy Brussels Sprouts—The Brussels sprouts were just the right amount of crisp and tasted good. Only avoid this appetizer if you don’t like Brussels sprouts.
Tempura Shrimp – The Salad with the shrimp and the Tempura Shrimp were good.
Classic Tomato Bruschetta-Everything about this bruschetta is yummy and fresh. I would have this dish again.
Crab, Shrimp, and Lobster Bisque—This bisque’s seafood is so good and was at a perfect temperature. Also, There was an ideal amount of crab, shrimp, and lobster. I would 100% get this dish again. I also like how you can get a big portion of the bisque if you want a lot or a smaller version.
Main:
Shrimp & Scallop Risotto -The Shrimp and Scallops in this dish were yummy and well seasoned. There was a good amount of shrimp and Scallops. The Risotto was tasty, and I also loved the vegetables in this dish. The cook cooked everything in this dish brilliantly, and it had the perfect amount of creaminess.
Dessert:
S’more Budino- This dessert was delicious. It tasted like you were eating a s’more. I love the amount they give you for the dessert.
Pros and Con
Cons:
1. This restaurant could be too expensive for some people
2. Can only taste two wines
3. Joining the Wine Clue could be too expensive for you
Pros.
1. Perfect, please go for any special occasion.
2. Can taste two wines before getting a whole bottle or cup.
3. Great Customer service. Our waiter, Luis, did a fantastic job helping and serving us.
4. Food and drinks are tasty.
5. Can join the Wine Club
6. They give you an incredible amount of food.
Would I go back, and Should you go to Cooper’s Hawk?
Yes, because this is an excellent restaurant with fantastic people working there. It’s a perfect place to go and try for any special Occasion. If you can’t afford to go there, try them for magical dining.
