My family and I went on a 5-day Margaritaville cruise over the summer. The price for a family of four was definitely affordable, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
Our kids had a great time meeting new friends, enjoying the pizza and ice cream, and taking part in family-friendly activities. However, the ship felt overcrowded and a bit dated, and there wasn’t much for adults to do once the kids were entertained. The food was decent, but we were disappointed by the tipping practices and a few hidden costs that added up by the end of the trip.
Overall, it was a fun experience for the kids, but probably not one we’d choose again for a family vacation.
